google ads.
Our Google Ads campaigns are carefully built and closely managed, and every one of them is structured to bring in qualified leads and keep your budget on the searches that turn into paying customers.
paid search that earns back more than it costs.
we start with the searches that convert
Most underperforming accounts are quietly paying for words that sound relevant but were never going to bring in a customer, and nobody notices because the click volume looks healthy. We research the terms your buyers actually type, group them by what the searcher is trying to do, and build negative keyword lists so your budget stops funding browsers, students and people looking for a job.
ads written for the click and the call
A search ad has about two seconds to answer the question somebody just asked, so we write headlines and descriptions that respond to the search itself rather than repeating what is on your brochure. We test the variations against each other, keep whatever earns the click, and point every ad at the page on your site that gives that visitor the quickest way to get in touch.
tracking you can hold us to
Advertising is only worth what you can measure, so before anything goes live we set up conversion tracking for form submissions, phone calls and bookings, then we re-check that it is still firing when we report each month. If the report says the account produced fourteen leads, you can open Google Ads yourself and see exactly which campaign, ad group and search term each of the fourteen came from.
google partner, and the account stays in your name
We are a certified Google Partner, and the ad account stays registered to your business rather than sitting inside ours. If you ever decide to move on, you keep the account, the conversion history and the negative keyword lists that took months to build, which is not how a lot of agencies handle it.
our google ads process.
we are your paid search team
step 1: audit and research
If there is an existing account we go through it first, looking at where the money has gone, which search terms it went to and whether the conversion tracking has been telling the truth. For a brand new account we start with keyword research and competitor review instead, so that we know what a click is likely to cost before you commit to a monthly number.
step 2: account structure
We build the campaign around how people search rather than around how your business is organized internally, because those two things are rarely the same. Keywords get split into tight ad groups so that each ad can speak directly to its own set of searches, and the negative lists go in on day one instead of being bolted on after the first month of waste.
step 3: conversion tracking
We set up the conversion actions in Google Ads and connect them through to Google Analytics and your forms, your call tracking and your booking system, whichever of those you use. This step gets skipped by a surprising number of accounts we inherit, and without it there is no honest way to say whether the advertising is working.
step 4: ads and landing pages
We write responsive search ads with several headline and description options so Google has real material to test, and we add the sitelinks, callouts and call assets that push your ad further down the page. We also look at the page the ad is sending people to, because a strong ad pointed at a slow or vague page will cost you more per click and convert less of what it brings.
Step 5: launch and the first weeks
The opening stretch is where an account is most likely to waste money, so we watch it closely, reading the search terms report and adding negatives while the campaign is still learning. Bids and budgets get adjusted against what is actually converting rather than against what we assumed would convert when we built it.
Step 6: Ongoing management
Once the account settles we keep testing ad copy, pruning search terms, adjusting bids and reworking anything that has gone stale, because a paid search account left alone for six months quietly gets more expensive. Every month you get a report covering what was spent, what came back and what we changed, with no jargon and no charts that need explaining.

beyond google search.
Google search is where most of our clients see the fastest return, so it is usually where we start, but it is rarely the only place worth putting a budget. Depending on what you sell we will also run Performance Max, Display and YouTube inside the same Google account, or move part of the spend to Microsoft Ads, Meta or LinkedIn where the audience is easier to reach that way. The decision comes from what the reporting shows rather than from a package we sold you at the start.
